Life stiffens us, our everyday environment can get busy, chaotic and challenging. A gentle approach to a yoga practice is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life.

My intention is to encourage students to practice with steady and easeful movement, soften, slow down and drop into their own unique experience, listen to their body, move with kindness, sensitivity and in full awareness.
Bring your mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centred and renewed.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is an ideal choice for people who have restricted movement due to injury, ageing or disability. If you have difficulty getting up and down off the floor, then chair yoga could be a great choice for you.
In chair yoga we adapt traditional yoga postures and by using a chair as a stable base, it makes yoga more accessible and enables practitioners to move their body with confidence, trust and enjoyment.

Chair yoga is a safe form of exercise to help build strength, flexibility and balance.
